We invite you to a Grief and Healing Workshop that will be facilitated by Aranja Berkmüller, who is an unconventional death doula and counselor, focusing on grief, psychedelics, kink, and trauma with insight into beliefs and traditions around death and loss grounded in their diverse training and heritage. ♥️♥️
This workshop will be most helpful to those who have recently experienced loss of a close person and is dealing with grief. Through a series of somatic exercises we will explore the multifaceted nature of grief and loss, and learn coping tools for navigating life’s changes, fostering connection and remembrance. The workshop will be in an intimate setting with small number of people where your safety and comfort will be our priority. ❤️🩹❤️🩹
