This Fluidity is a fundraiser for Internationalist Queer Pride, taking us on the 27th of July to the streets to celebrate our defiant existence, rebellious resistance, and the anti-colonial, anti-racist, and anti-capitalist work we do all year round❤️🔥✊
The funds will go to covering the demo costs and all remaining money will be used to cover costs due to police and state repression 1️⃣3️⃣1️⃣2️⃣
For us nightlife is more than a space to express ourselves freely, more than a hedonistic escape into community, it’s an attempt of queer utopia, a space to organize queer resistance, to transition into action to dismantle this capitalist heteronormative racist system. 🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️
Given the passing of our beloved friend and collective member Nada, we want to also create a space at Fluidity, to commemorate his beautiful soul and come together to find comfort in these rough times. Fluidity was something he was deeply proud of and invested in. We want to keep his fire burning in our hearths by dedicating this event to him as well 💕
